Will every team run the same practice?
No. Your varsity, JV, and freshman teams should not run identical practices. They should share the same program language and principles while each coach teaches the right material for his players.
Can we use it across multiple seasons and teams?
Yes. Create teams for different seasons, age groups, clinics, or levels. Players can move between teams, and a player on multiple teams counts once. Your program is not locked to a fixed team structure.
What exactly are we approving?
One annual Team HQ Program purchase based on your player count. One line item. One program. Your quote shows the exact annual amount and the terms your board is approving.
What happens if our player count changes?
You can add players during the year, prorated. At renewal, your annual total is based on the player count you have then. You receive notice 30 days before renewal.
What happens if the head coach or an assistant leaves?
The POWLAX library and anything built under a club-owned account stay with the program. Coach-built content belongs to the coach who created it and leaves with him. The next coach still inherits the program’s foundation instead of starting from zero.

My dad and his brothers gave me an excellent experience in this game.
For 18 years, I’ve coached to that same standard: clear teaching, purposeful practices, and a real path for players to keep improving between practices.
But I kept seeing good coaches asked to build that standard from scratch, with scattered notes, clinic binders, and whatever they could find online.
So I built POWLAX: a shared system that helps coaches teach their game, gives players a clear path between practices, and keeps the program moving when the staff changes.
